To make sure your visit flows smoothly and you have the best experience possible, here are a few things to keep in mind before you book. ✨ Booking fees (deposits) are non-refundable, but don’t worry—you can reschedule or change your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. 💫 If you reschedule in time, your deposit will simply move with your appointment. ⏳ If you don’t reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, or cancel without rebooking, your deposit will not be refunded. ⚠️ For cancellations and late changes: ⏰ Notice given between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment will incur 20% of the service (or loss of deposit), less than 24 hours’ notice will be 50% of the service, and a no-show will be charged 100% of the service. 💌 We always recommend rescheduling instead of cancelling.
